Our Milk

Our Milk coming from the volcanic area in Batu/Java.  Our Milk is pasteurized for maximum food safety. Unlike other companies our milk already pasteurized in Java, which make the transport really safe. Other producer bring unpasteurized milk in no chilled trucks to Bali. which in a tropical island is very dangerous. Even outside Indonesia this would be not allowed, here its up to the producer.

For us who goes with government regulations we going the save way, because we want no risk for our customer.

Our Milk is pasteurized with 72 degree and has a shelf life of around 7 to 11 days, depending from storage and transport. Our milk can be used for Cheese making or yoghurt or drinking:)
