Kochkaese

Kochkaese or translated cooking cheese is a really German specialty. Mostly found in region Darmstadt south Hessen.

This special kind of cheese is made out of sour milk cream cheese and prepared in a special way. After aging  some time this cheese need to be cooked as the name said.

Best eaten with fresh baked bread, chopped onion and a bit vinegar on top.
