Our Goat Camembert made in style of a Crottin but with Penecilium Candidum not geotrichium. The milk coming from nice Etawa goats in Java. Carefully processed into a nice cheese.

Through the high fat in goat milk it has 60% fat in dry matter and the weight is about 150gr
